Everything is better with bacon! Our Bacon Burger Patties are a blend of Ground Sirloin and our amazing Hickory Smoked Bacon. The fresh beef and nitrate-free bacon is ground together in small batches then our butchers grind the steak meat then pre-form the burgers into giant, 5-6 oz round burger patties. You'll receive 2 patties per package
**You can place a special order for burger patties tailored to your preferred weight. However, please keep in mind that we require 1-2 weeks' notice.**

We order a bag of these chicken breasts about every other month (easy with a farm share subscription). It takes a bit of prep work to portion them out for our family once it arrives, but then we have easy to grab and thaw protein that can be marinated, grilled, and served with any sides you have on hand. The price is worth it when compared to the alternative of picking up fast food on a busy night if you're scrambling to feed a family of 4 including 2 hungry teens! We're usually able to make at least 6 (4-portion) bags out of this.
