Green Pepper & Onion Bratwurst
Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Green Pepper & Onion Brats are made with 100% pasture raised ground pork. We use a certified organic brat seasoning and add in freshly diced green peppers and sweet onions.
Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4 lb each, approximately 1 lb per package.
Ingredients: Pork, Dry Milk, Evaporated milk, Brown Sugar, Brat Seasoning (Untreated Salt, Organic White Pepper, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Allspice, Organic Coriander, Organic Evaporated cane Juice Powder, Organic Celery, Organic Red Pepper), Onions, Green Pepper

All our Brats (besides the Beer Brats) are Gluten Free.

It was pretty good, all did did was salt and pepper it and grill it! Next time I will marinate it to make it a little morre tender! Everything I get from John Henry's is great!
