Filet Mignon Bundle
The Filet Mignon is an extremely tender steak cut from the Whole Beef Tenderloin. Our butchers will trim off the silver skin and cut the filets from the top, thicker portion of the loin. You'll receive 10 beautifully shaped Filet Mignon steaks, 8oz each, or about 2 inches thick. Our filets will come vacuum sealed in freezer-safe packaging which will squish them down a little, so be sure and give them a chance to rest and reshape before you cook them.
