This was great! The tongues were very high quality and larger then I expected. Everything I have ever ordered from them has always been good. I will continue to be a costumer. The only negative thing I can say is about the price. I don't blame them for that because the price of beef has recently gone up. With all said I highly recommend their products.
We love to use this for stir fry. We also sometimes use at as a substitute when making beef stroganoff. The meat is cut nice and thin. It has great flavor and texture.
