I bought meat the first time at the farmers market in Royal Oak and continue to do so when i am in the area. When I sawi had the oppion to have my orders delivered to my home I was suprised. I love the bone in chicken thighs! I can only get them from John Henrys. I bake them and also use them for soups. So flavorful!

Oxtail are absolutely delicious! When patiently slow cooked, the cut just falls right off the bone and melts in your mouth, and the flavor is unlike anything else. The broth is so nutrient dense and flavorful, especially considering the nutrient density you're receiving because of the bone.
