Shipping Disclaimer: John Henry’s is not responsible for shipping delays caused by errors in your requested delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered on time but not properly stored after delivery. Our shipping coolers and ice packs are designed to keep your order fresh and cool like a refrigerator until it arrives to you. We even pack extra ice packs just in case your order is delayed in transit. If your order is delayed please call us immediately, we might be able to help. Please make sure the delivery location you select will not pose a risk to your delivery. We cannot be responsible for improper handling or theft of packages once they are left at your selected delivery location.
NOT ALL MY BOXES WERE DELIVERED, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
When we personally deliver your order, we aim for zero mistakes, but being human, errors can occur. If any items are missing or if there is a mixup, please contact our office right away so we can include your order on the next delivery route.
In cases where your order is shipped via UPS, accidents can happen during transit, leading to damaged boxes. If your box arrives damaged or if the tracking information indicates delivery issues due to damage, UPS will usually reach out to you the same day or the following day to discuss the situation. If you decline the package, the items will be returned to John Henry's, and we will not provide a refund or resend the order to customers who refuse delivery. Rest assured, we take care to pack all orders in insulated cooler boxes with ample ice before dispatching your meats for cases like this. So please always accept your deliveries.
**As long as your meats are cool to the touch, according to USDA laws, it is safe to consume. If your meats arrive warm contact our office immediately to discuss further options.
Canceling an Order Disclaimer: All customers are able to cancel their order but only under the following conditions. You must call or email us within 3 business days before your order is shipped out for us to cancel your order. No refund will be given to anyone whose meats have already been cut by our butchers.
Refunds & Replacements: All customers that have a complaint about any of our products must reach out within 30 days of delivery. Once the 30 day deadline has passed we can not give any sort of refund or replacement. If you contact us via email or phone before the 30 day deadline, our team will work together and come up with a solution. Pictures may be required based on circumstances.
