If you are not in our local delivery area, please see the calendar below as to when you will receive your order. Here at John Henry's, we do not know when your holiday gathering will be so please make sure you select the proper choice when placing your order. We recommend ordering both Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday cuts to save you money for delivery.

*For all orders not delivered for the holiday, our John Henry's team will deliver your order on what is easiest for us. If you have a specific request for fresh or frozen, please specify in the special instructions.

One of my favorite flavors of brats that John Henry's carries!
This cut of meat is my go to for many dishes. Everything from chili, beef and noodles, beef stew or Barbacoa. It has such amazing flavor, it doesn't need a lot of seasoning to taste great on it's own!
ive been ordering and reordering this i make it in a crockpot with a cilantro lime seasoning and make the best tacos !
