Beef Plate Ribs
Beef Plate Ribs are also known as "Loaded Short Ribs" or "Brontosaurus Ribs". Our butcher cuts these ribs from the lower/belly rib section known as the "plate". This rib section is left whole in slabs (ours include about 3 bones per slab). This is a primal cut of beef that is not trimmed or cut down. You'll receive 1 big slab of meat and when it's cooking you'll see the bones start to show. Cooking this primal cut is a committment and intended for experienced grillmasters!
