You can also customize your bundle:
- Substitute T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks with New York Strips or Filet Mignons.
- Roasts can be ground or cut into stew meat.
- Steaks can be cut to your desired thickness.
For local delivery, the meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper and frozen, with Ground Beef in 1 lb plastic bags. Each package will be individually marked for easy identification.
