What should I know about turkey sizing?
Our turkeys are raised naturally, so they grow to the size they grow. The farm uses past history to forecast sizes, but exact availability cannot be guaranteed. Each turkey will fall within its listed weight range, though it may be closer to either the low or high end.
If you are hoping for a larger bird, we recommend ordering the next size up.
Will I receive the exact size I request?
We always do our best to honor specific size requests, but we cannot promise an exact size, especially during the busy Thanksgiving rush. If your requested size is unavailable, we will reach out and help you choose the closest available option.
Can the butchered weight differ from the delivery weight?
Yes. The fresh butchered weight may vary from the delivery weight. This is normal and reflects the natural variation of a farm-raised turkey.
