Please Note About Sizing
Our turkeys aren’t manufactured — they’re raised naturally, which means they grow to the size they grow. We don’t force-feed them or add anything to make them bigger. The farm uses past history to forecast sizes, but that doesn’t guarantee exact availability.
Because of this, we may not always have the exact size you request. If that happens, we’ll reach out to you and help you choose the closest available option.
Each turkey will fall somewhere within its listed weight range — you may get one closer to the low end or the high end. While we’ll always do our best to honor specific size requests, we can’t make promises, especially during the busy Thanksgiving rush.
If you’re hoping for a larger bird, we recommend ordering the next size up to be safe.

The turkey was excellent, which we did brine overnight. Only complaint is the price. We normally get fresh Amish turkey which was half the price per lb of yours, but they did not have any larger than 16 lb.
Loved the the turkey was not frozen. Bone in breast meat was delicious. Roasted in oven for less than 2 hours. Able to make gravy from drippings. Less work than a whole turkey since we don't miss the dark meat
