4 tbsp butter

1/4 cup flour

2 cups whole milk

2 cups shredded cheddar

1/2 cup mozzarella

1/2 cup cream cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: jalapeños, BBQ rub, hot sauce
👨🍳 Instructions

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the roux: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.

Add milk, whisking constantly. Bring to a simmer.

Melt cheeses into the sauce: stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese.

Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite John Henry’s rub.

Fold in pasta and chopped brisket until evenly coated.

Optional: Pour into a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 375°F for 10–15 mins.
