Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese Recipe

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb John Henry’s smoked brisket, chopped

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: jalapeños, BBQ rub, hot sauce


👨🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Make the roux: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.

  3. Add milk, whisking constantly. Bring to a simmer.

  4. Melt cheeses into the sauce: stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite John Henry’s rub.

  6. Fold in pasta and chopped brisket until evenly coated.

  7. Optional: Pour into a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 375°F for 10–15 mins.

  8. Serve hot and garnish with jalapeños or BBQ drizzle if desired.
