 Instructions
Freezer Meal Option:
Place all ingredients except balsamic vinegar into a freezer bag. Squeeze to mix, seal, and freeze. Thaw completely before grilling, then add balsamic vinegar before cooking.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, peppers, onion, oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.

Preheat grill to high heat. Clean and grease the grates.

Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers, alternating pieces.

Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, turning until the chicken is charred and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
