Quality Meat, portions, and exactly what you order.
I was a little nervous ordering a half cow from Michigan hoping all the meat would be good when it got here to San Diego. Each box was insulated, multiple cold packs, and the meat was sealed individually. No issues whatsoever.
We have only had one NY Strip and one Filet and they were the greatest.
