Look at the difference. Had unexpected company coming over, so I ran out to buy extra chicken thighs for my recipe. The difference in size, taste & juiciness was obvious

We decided to add this to a homemade fettuccine alfredo dish and it was a great idea obviously! The whole dish was super easy to make to begin with. I am always apprehensive about a new (to me) spicy & hot meat being added to a dish without trying it solo first but that wasn't needed! I could still taste and enjoy the flavor without experiencing too much heat.
This skirt steak was a perfect start to our summer fajita dinners! It’s an easy meal we keep in rotation around here either with chicken thighs or skirt steak and this skirt made such a wonderful centerpiece to it. So juicy and tender:)
