Italian Pork Bratwurst
Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Italian Brats are made with pasture raised pork and seasoned with a certified organic blend of Italian sausage spices.
Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4lb each, approximately 1lb per package.
Ingredients: Pork, Dry Milk, Evaporated milk, Brown Sugar, Italian Brat Seasoning (Untreated Salt, Organic Fennel, Organic Paprika, Organic Red Pepper, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Anise, Organic Coriander, Organic Nutmeg)

All our Brats (besides the Beer Brats) are Gluten Free.
