Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Hot & Spicy Italian Brats are made with pork and seasoned with a certified organic blend of hot italian spices.
Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4lb each, approximately 1lb per package.
Ingredients: Pork, Dry Milk, Evaporated milk, Brown Sugar, Hot Italian Brat Seasoning (Untreated Salt, Organic Spices [Including Organic Red Pepper, Organic Fennel, Organic Anise, Organic Coriander, Organic Nutmeg], Organic Paprika, Organic Beet Powder, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice Powder)
