Our Baby Back Ribs are naturally meatier and have less fat than conventional ribs, thanks to the pasture-raised lifestyle of our pigs. Cut from the top of the loin/rib cage between the spine and spare ribs, these ribs are often referred to as Loin Ribs, Back Ribs, or Pork Loin Back Ribs.
With thicker meat and less fat than Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs offer a perfect balance of tender meat between the bones and on top of the bones, making them a delicious option for grilling or slow-cooking.

I made smoked bbq’d ribs with John Henry’s Baby Back Ribs. They were amazing! Absolutely the best ribs I’ve ever made. All of their meats are high quality and very tasty.
The ribs were delicious. As seniors, we have greatly decreased the fat in our diets. I usually do extra trimming myself. The ribs, as delicious as they had fat spread throughout a were unable to be trimmed better. They are well beyond our 'fat allowance' so unlikely we'd purchase again.
They may do better if boiled, but we like them on the B-B-Q.
