This skirt steak was a perfect start to our summer fajita dinners! It’s an easy meal we keep in rotation around here either with chicken thighs or skirt steak and this skirt made such a wonderful centerpiece to it. So juicy and tender:)
It was pretty good, all did did was salt and pepper it and grill it! Next time I will marinate it to make it a little morre tender! Everything I get from John Henry's is great!
