1 package John Henry’s Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes

2 tsp granulated garlic

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp oregano

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Pat Chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

In a small bowl, mix together the dry seasonings: granulated garlic, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, and cumin.

In a large bowl, combine:

Minced garlic

Honey
-
Soy sauce

Spice mixture

Salt & pepper

Toss the Chicken wings in the marinade until fully coated.

Cover and refrigerate overnight to soak up all the flavor.

When ready to cook, bring wings to room temperature.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place wings in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to crisp up.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped herbs or a drizzle of extra honey if desired.
