INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Shrimp
1 lb package
Grapeseed or Avacado Oil
2 Tbsp
Butter
4 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves
4-5 large cloves
Salt & Pepper
None
Dry White Wine
1/4 Cup
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp
Parsley

PREPARATION
- Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 sec to 1 min)
- Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, saute for 1-2 mins on one side then flip.
- Pour in the wine, add red pepper flakes, and bring to a simmer for 1- 2 minutes, until shrimp is cooked.
- Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley
- Remove from heat.
- Serve over rice, pasta, and zucchini noodles.
