Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Beef Sizzle Steak
2 lbs
Sweet Onion
1 Large - Thinly Sliced Wedges 
Green Pepper *Optional
1 Large - Thinly Sliced
John Henry's Amish Butter
2-4 Tbsp
Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
12 ct (18 oz package)
Steak Seasoning
Your Favorite
Provolone Cheese Slices
12 - 18 Slices ( Can be substituted with Pepper Jack as well)
Mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp
PREPARATION
Slice onion into very thin wedge shaped pieces.
Slice green pepper into very thin stripes.
Slice Hawaiian dinner rolls in half to prepare slider buns.
Arrange rolls in pan and spread mayonnaise evenly on the top part of the rolls. 
Cover the bottom half with provolone cheese slices.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a frying pan on medium to medium high heat.
Add onion and peppers to pan and fry in butter until soft. 
Lay out a thin layer of sizzle steak slices on top of onions and peppers.
Once onions and peppers are covered, sprinkle with steak seasoning. 
Flip meat pieces after about 2 minutes, cook an additional minute. 
Once meat is cooked push to the side of the pan and start another layer of steak. 
Cook all steak pieces and then combine thoroughly with cooked onions and peppers. 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
Layer the steak mixture over the provolone cheese on the bottom buns.
Place another layer of provolone or pepper jack cheese over the steak mixture.
Cover with top buns. 
*Optional - Brush top of buns with melted butter 
Bake until cheese is melted and bread is browned - about 20 minutes.
Allow to cook for a few minutes.
Slice into individual portions.
