Get the biggest savings with our biggest bundle when you order a whole cow! You pay one price, which includes all of the raising costs, processing costs, personal butchering, pre-freezing, and the highest quality freezer packaging. 

The Whole Beef Bundle Includes:
12 - Round Steaks
4 - Round Bone Roasts
1 - Beef Heart
1 - Beef Suet
4 - Soup Bones

The total hanging weight of a Whole Beef is approximately 750 lbs with a finished take-home weight of approximately 340lbs. The pricing on this bundle is based on an approximate hanging weight of 750 lbs and a price of $5.50/lb and includes cutting, wrapping, freezer packing, and labeling. You will pay one flat price with no hidden charges***. All meat cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the beef. 

You can elect to have some of your roasts ground up or cut into stew meat. The T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks can be substituted for New York Strips and Filet Mignons. Our butcher will cut your steaks at a standard 1-inch thickness, but steaks can be cut at any thickness you wish. For local delivery, your meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper and frozen. The Ground Beef will be in 1lb plastic bags. Each package will be individually marked for easy identification. Your final bundle should represent about 340 lbs of meat after the processing and packaging are completed.
