Sweet Onion Bratwurst
Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Sweet Onion Brats are made with pasture raised pork. We use a certified organic brat seasoning and add in diced sweet onions.
Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4lb each, approximately 1lb per package.
Ingredients: Pork, Dry Milk, Evaporated milk, Brown Sugar, Brat Seasoning (Untreated Salt, Organic White Pepper, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Allspice, Organic Coriander, Organic Evaporated cane Juice Powder, Organic Celery, Organic Red Pepper), Onions

All our Brats (besides the Beer Brats) are Gluten Free.
