this is a great substitution for ground beef for taco night. with seasonings my family cannot even taste the difference. we also love making a turkey chili with the ground turkey
Probably the best ham I've ever had. I took a chance and ordered this ham online and I have been very pleased that I did. My order arrived in a very timely manner and was packaged perfectly. I made it for Easter and received many compliments on the flavor. I've made lots of recipes with the leftovers and everything has been perfect. I will definitely order from them again.
I have never loved ham but I was hosting Easter for the first time in years. I decided to do traditional Easter menu with ham. Knowing the quality meat from John Henry I ordered the ham from this meat purveyor. This ham was so good! All I did was get it to room temperature and slice and serve. Everyone attending commented on how moist and tasty the ham was. I will order this again. Worth paying the extra for this ham.

I love this product as it gives me flexibility to feed my family of seven and forces me to meal prep simply because of size, which makes my life as a homeschooling Mama much easier. Whether it's homemade Mama burgers, Chili (with beans), tortilla chips with meat and cheese, spaghetti, or my meatloaf meatballs; my family is satisfied. The meat taste great and clean (meaning no foreign unchewable objects like grocery store meat).
This brisket was wonderful with a bit of tomato paste and onions.
Lady likes to put these in the slow cooker w/ bbq sauce.
The grass fed flavor is unmatched.
