Our thick sliced bacon is cut from the Pork Belly and hickory smoked for a savory flavor that your family will love. We smoke the bacon without the use of nitrates, so it is uncured and not fully cooked. Due to the active lifestyle of our pigs our bacon has a meaty texture and holds it shape well.

We order a bag of these chicken breasts about every other month (easy with a farm share subscription). It takes a bit of prep work to portion them out for our family once it arrives, but then we have easy to grab and thaw protein that can be marinated, grilled, and served with any sides you have on hand. The price is worth it when compared to the alternative of picking up fast food on a busy night if you're scrambling to feed a family of 4 including 2 hungry teens! We're usually able to make at least 6 (4-portion) bags out of this.
