I love this product as it gives me flexibility to feed my family of seven and forces me to meal prep simply because of size, which makes my life as a homeschooling Mama much easier. Whether it's homemade Mama burgers, Chili (with beans), tortilla chips with meat and cheese, spaghetti, or my meatloaf meatballs; my family is satisfied. The meat taste great and clean (meaning no foreign unchewable objects like grocery store meat).
This brisket was wonderful with a bit of tomato paste and onions.
Lady likes to put these in the slow cooker w/ bbq sauce.

John Henry's hams are the best! I use every part of the ham, including the bone for soup. I love that John Henry's is a local farm that treats it animals humanely and uses sustainable practices.
