Our Cottage Ham, also known as Picnic Ham, is a 2-3 lb boneless ham cut from the lower Pork Shoulder of our pasture-raised pigs. Expertly trimmed, netted, and hickory-smoked, this ham is fully cooked and ready to be served warm or cold—perfect for a variety of meals.

Fabulous!!! I used to be able to get cottage hams anytime anywhere but they have become hard to find, I need them for signature heirloom recipes, thankful and fantastic quality and flavor, thank you!
Almost what I was looking for, not quite the quality of the Freirich but very close. Not as strong in the flavor and fat content was more that others! Expected more for the inflated price, pork shoulder should be no more than $10-15 .
Excellent little ham. It serves 2 people for a meal and leftovers for sandwiches. I love your hams, they are the best!
