I have really bad health problems and my guts are the ultimate barometer of what is actually healthy. I can eat any meat from John Henry without issue while I can't say that of even the "organic" meats from the supermarket.
Nothing fools it. I feel like trash if I eat anything other than true grass fed / pastured animals. These I eat daily and they literally keep me alive. I hope that people will fight for our small farms as they mean everything to someone like me who couldn't survive without them.
The chicken thighs are of good size and not small like in the stores. They have a lot of meat on them. They have an excellent favor. I don't buy any meat in the stores. Only John Henry Meat.
