INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Flank Steak
2lbs, sliced
1 Yellow Onion
thinly sliced
8oz Mini Bella Mushrooms
thinly sliced
Organic Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp
Rancher Steak Rub Seasoning
1 Tbsp
Baby Carrots
12oz bag
Beef Bone Broth
4 Cups
PREPARATION
- Add Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Coconut Oil and Seasonings to a ziploc bag and seal.
- Squeeze and squish the bag around to combine the ingredients. (If preparing ahead of time for a freezer meal, then use a freezer bag. Label it then freeze until you need it. Thaw and mix contents again before continuing.)
- Empty the contents into your slow cooker. Top with Baby Carrots and Beef Bone Broth then cover.
- Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
