Shrimp & Pineapple Kabobs

John Henry's Shrimp
Red Onion
1, cut for skewers
Red Bell Pepper
2, cut for skewers
Pineapple Chunks
1 (20oz) can, or 3 cups fresh, cut for skewers
Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp
Red Bell Pepper & Garlic seasoning blend
1 Tbsp
Wildtree's Rancher Steak Rub
1 tsp
If preparing for a freezer meal: Add shrimp, red onion, bell pepper, Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Red Bell Pepper & Garlic blend, and Rancher Steak Rub to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze. Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. 
If preparing fresh, combine the above listed ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine ingredients. 
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. 
Alternately skewer shrimp, onions, peppers and pineapple onto metal grilling skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water to prevent burning. 
Grill for 2 minutes on each side until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
