Whole Limes
2, zested & juiced
Whole Oranges
2, zested & juiced
Cumin

Pepper
1/2 tsp
Oregano

Olive Oil

PREPARATION
- Blend all the marinade ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Allow the chicken to marinade for at least an hour, or overnight for best flavor results.
- Heat your grill to high to warm up the plates, add the chicken to the grill, then drop the temperature down to low.
- Grill for 30 minutes, turning the chicken every 5 minutes to encourage even cooking.
- Remove chicken from the grill when the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F.
