Basic Chicken Feet or Beef Bone Broth

5 Quarts Water 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar ½ Pound Chicken Feet
  • 5 Quarts Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Pound Chicken Feet
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

Add Sea Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cold Water and Chicken Feet to pot. Let sit for an hour. Then, add rest of water. Cover and simmer on heat to low. Let simmer for 120 hours. Strain broth. For individual use, place in ice cube trays and freeze. Bone broth will last about 7 days refrigerated.

**Beef broth can be made by substituting your favorite beef bones in place of chicken feet.  We also suggest that you bake your beef bones for 30 minutes at 350 degrees prior to adding them to water**
