Flavor was good but was a little disappointed in the fact that it was frozen and not fresh. We got one at Thanksgiving that was fresh and awesome. Also a little pricey.
The ribs were delicious. As seniors, we have greatly decreased the fat in our diets. I usually do extra trimming myself. The ribs, as delicious as they had fat spread throughout a were unable to be trimmed better. They are well beyond our 'fat allowance' so unlikely we'd purchase again.
They may do better if boiled, but we like them on the B-B-Q.
This was great! The tongues were very high quality and larger then I expected. Everything I have ever ordered from them has always been good. I will continue to be a costumer. The only negative thing I can say is about the price. I don't blame them for that because the price of beef has recently gone up. With all said I highly recommend their products.
