Both the Royal Oak Farmers Market and The Grazing Table in Millington will have pickup on Tuesday, November 25th.

We will also be completing all local deliveries that day to make sure your turkey arrives fresh and ready for the big feast.

It’s never too early — but it can be too late!

Our holiday roasts, turkeys, and hams are made in limited batches and sell out every year.

To guarantee your preferred size and pickup or delivery date, we strongly recommend pre-ordering early.

Once we're sold out or shipping slots fill, we can’t add more.

Storage:

Keep your meats refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C). If you do not plan to cook within a few days, place items in the freezer at or below 0°F (-18°C) for best quality and safety.

Thawing:

For safe thawing, the USDA recommends:

• 
  Refrigerator thawing only — never thaw on the counter
  
• 
  Allow 24 hours of thawing time per 4–5 lbs of meat
  
• 
  Keep product in original packaging while thawing
  
• 
  Place on a tray to collect any juices
  

Cooking Timeline After Thawing:

Once thawed, cook:

• 
  Poultry within 1–2 days
  
• 
  Beef & Ham within 3–5 days
  

Refreezing:

Meat thawed in the refrigerator can be safely refrozen, but for best quality we recommend cooking first.

Quick Tip:

For large roasts (like Prime Rib or whole turkeys), move them to your fridge several days in advance — oversized cuts take longer to thaw than expected.
