The total hanging weight of a Whole Pig is approximately 200lbs with a finished take home weight of approximately 120lbs. The pricing on this bundle is based on an approximate hanging weight of $4.19/lb and includes the cutting, wrapping, freezer packing and labeling. You will pay one flat price with no hidden charges***. All meat cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the pig.
Our butcher will cut your pork chops at a standard 1 inch thickness, but they can be cut at any thickness you wish. For local delivery, your meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper and frozen. The Ground Breakfast Sausage will be in 1lb vacuum-sealed bags. Each package will be individually marked for easy identification. Your final bundle should represent about 120lbs of meat after the processing and packaging is completed.
