The T-Bone Steak gives you two flavorful cuts in one! It's cut from the whole loin and the bone goes right down the center of the steak dividing it into a tasty portion Strip Steak and a smaller portion of Tenderloin on the other side. They are perfectly marbled, and as the steak cooks the fat will melt delicious flavor into the meat. Cut around the bone and gristle and enjoy these two tender and flavorful steak cuts in one meal!
All of our cows here at John Henry's are grass-fed and grass-finished. We raise them locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our cows are pasture raised and love to spend their days being outside with either their faces towards the sun or their rears towards the wind!
Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. You'll receive an approximately 1 lb package containing 4 quarter pound brats.
This is a DAIRY FREE version of our regular chicken bratwurst.
The Ribeye Steak is moderately to very marbled making it very tender and one of the most flavorful steaks available. Our butcher slices the Ribeye’s into 1” thick steaks. You will receive 1 steak per package.
Our Fresh Polish Sausage, or traditional Kielbasa, is made with our pasture-raised Ground Pork, blended with a perfect mix of spices, and packed in fresh casings. Each package of polish sausage contains 2 - 10" unsmoked sausage links.
