Our Bone-In Ribeye Steaks are marbled to perfection and perfect for the grill. One of the most tender and flavorful steaks available, they are moderately to very marbled. The Ribeye is cut from the Rib Loin which is also the same area we get Prime Rib. Ribeye’s have also been known as Delmonico Steaks in other regions.
