The Prime Rib, also known as a Ribeye Roast, is a fine-grain primal cut of meat from our grass fed cows. Our butchers can prepare this cut for you in many different ways. Our butcher will completely remove the roast from the rib bones and trim the excess fat for easy serving and slicing. Boneless Prime Rib can be cut to your desired weight anywhere from 4-15lbs.
Helpful Hints & Cooking Tricks
When buying a large Boneless Prime Rib figure on .75-1lb per person. A 4lb boneless prime rib will feed 4-6 people. A full prime rib roast will be enough to feed 14 or more people.
All of our cows here at John Henry's are grass-fed and grass-finished. We raise them locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our cows are pasture raised and love to spend their days being outside with either their faces towards the sun or their rears towards the wind!
Our Smoked Polish Sausage, or traditional Kielbasa, is made with our pasture-raised Ground Pork, blended with a perfect mix of spices, packed in casings, then smoked for incredible flavor. Each package of polish sausage contains 2 - 10" smoked sausage links.
