These well-marbled Pork Steaks are cut from the Pork Shoulder of our pastured pigs. As it cooks, the marbled fat will melt into the steak bringing out delicious flavor and tenderness, whether cooked at a high temperature or low. Our butcher cuts each Pork Steak at 1 inch thick, each weighing between .75 - .90 lbs. You'll receive 2 Pork Steaks per package.
All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
Our Fresh Polish Sausage, or traditional Kielbasa, is made with our pasture-raised Ground Pork, blended with a perfect mix of spices, and packed in fresh casings. Each package of polish sausage contains 2 - 10" unsmoked sausage links.
Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Chicken Chorizo Brats are made with Pasture Raised Chicken and seasoned with a certified organic seasoning. Try something different!
The Ribeye Steak is moderately to very marbled making it very tender and one of the most flavorful steaks available. Our butcher slices the Ribeye’s into 1” thick steaks. You will receive 1 steak per package.
