Pork Neck Bones from our pasture-raised pigs will add a rich boost of flavor to your soup or stew. The neck contains small pieces of meat that will fall away from the bones and mix into your dish when simmered for a few hours. Add a boost of flavor to soup, stew, chili, gumbo, or even spaghetti sauce.
You'll receive approximately 1-2 lbs of assorted neck bones per package. The quoted price is an estimate and based on exactly 1.5 lbs. Your final price will be based on actual weights and may vary.
All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
Our Fresh Polish Sausage, or traditional Kielbasa, is made with our pasture-raised Ground Pork, blended with a perfect mix of spices, and packed in fresh casings. Each package of polish sausage contains 2 - 10" unsmoked sausage links.
The Ribeye Steak is moderately to very marbled making it very tender and one of the most flavorful steaks available. Our butcher slices the Ribeye’s into 1” thick steaks. You will receive 1 steak per package.
Our Chicken Andouille Sausage is cured and blended with a mild mix of spices then smoked for just the right amount of flavor. Each package of chicken andouille sausage contains 2 - 10" smoked sausage links.
