Ham Ends are the meaty end pieces that are left over from a bone in ham that's been cut or trimmed down. They are pieces of a fully smoked ham and usually have a small portion of bone through the center like a shank. They are meatier than ham hocks, and smaller, so they are great for adding a smoky flavor to your soups and stews.
You'll receive about 2lbs of assorted ham end pieces per package.
All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
Our Smoked Polish Sausage, or traditional Kielbasa, is made with our pasture-raised Ground Pork, blended with a perfect mix of spices, packed in casings, then smoked for incredible flavor. Each package of polish sausage contains 2 - 10" smoked sausage links.
