Apple Cider
4 cups
Onion
1 large
Carrot
1 large
Celery
1 stalk
Garlic
4 cloves
Bay Leaves
4 small
Cloves
6 whole
Flat-Leaf Parsley
4 sprigs
PREPARATION
Finely chop (or use a food processer to chop) the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, cloves and parsley.
In a large container (like a baking dish or tupperware) combine all of the marinade ingredients together. Add the ribs or other meat of choice and add additional cider or water until the meat is completely covered.
Marinade the ribs overnight and keep refrigerated.
